Ford Model-e

Ford Power Promise was designed as a nationwide initiative to drive EV adoption by simplifying home charging access for customers. By advocating for both customers and dealerships, the program streamlined the process, enabling easy charger installations and helping dealers boost EV sales.

A startup-style business launched within Ford to redefine vehicle access and ownership, aligning customer experience with business needs and capabilities. Using customer research, operational insights, and CX feedback—including NPS—it drove user-focused decisions for the app and service model to enhance the overall customer experience.

Collaborated with designers, engineers, and dealerships to gather requirements, balance desirability, feasibility, and viability, and uncover operational barriers, ultimately informing broader business roadmaps.

A concept for a museum exhibit designed with both a main installation and mobile components to extend engagement beyond the museum walls. By combining interactive learning, sensory play, and open-ended exploration, it strengthens community connections, provides take-home resources for parents, and builds the museum’s brand.

An exploration of how people capture and retain both personal memories and valuable knowledge over time. This research uncovered key opportunities for designing future journaling and record-keeping experiences by using ethnographic methods across diverse industries, life stages, and age groups.
